Hostmore said Alan Clark will resign as chief financial officer and executive director with immediate effect to pursue other interests, it said Friday.
The London-listed hospitality group--which houses dining brand Fridays in the U.K.--said its current finance director Matthew Bibby has been appointed Interim CFO. Bibby joined the company in 2019 as head of finance and in 2022 became finance director.
Clark will remain with the company for six months to assist a smooth transition, the company said.
